Who we are

LeadCoach is a paid-advertising service for personal trainers and online coaches, currently preparing to launch. This site exists to collect email addresses from coaches who want launch updates. You can reach us at info@leadcoach.me.

What we collect

When you join the launch list we store your email address, the date and time you joined, the wording of the consent line you saw, and how you found the site (for example the referring website or the campaign name in the link you clicked). We also record a coarse device type (phone, tablet or desktop) and the browser's user-agent string, which help us understand how the page is used.

The site counts visits in aggregate: one visit per browser per day, by source and device type. Two first-party cookies remember where you came from and give your browser an anonymous id so repeat counts can be ignored; they expire after 90 days.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes the data under its own privacy policy; we have not enabled advertising features.

We also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can see which of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram bring coaches here and whether they join the list. Meta sets its own cookies for this and processes the data under its own privacy policy; you can limit this through your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. We use no other third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To send you launch updates and, if you are selected, to offer you a free case study. To understand which channels bring coaches to LeadCoach. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who sees it

Only LeadCoach. Your details are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the European Union and are not sold or shared with anyone else. Emails are sent from our own mailbox, info@leadcoach.me.

How long we keep it

Until you ask to be removed, or until the launch list is closed and replaced by the service itself. Aggregate visit counts contain nothing that identifies you.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email info@leadcoach.me at any time to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we will do so promptly.
